DAY CAMP

If your typical doggy daycare is pre-school, Day Camp is college. There’s still plenty of fun and play, but we’ll be keeping the amount of dogs we take in per day low so that each dog goes home learning something new every day. We are a learning based, structured Day Camp.

Each day we’ll teach and practice healthy socialization with our pack. This means your dog will learn how to stay calm around excitement, walk well on a leash, and healthy manners around humans and other dogs….all while having fun. Because we’ll be keeping low numbers, we’ll work with your dog as an individual and focus on their specific needs.

If there’s one thing we believe in, it’s quality over quantity.
We cannot wait to meet and truly get to know your dog!

PROGRESS

REPORTS

We want our owners as involved and informed as possible in their dog’s training.

If your dog is already a current day camp pack member and you want more information on how they’re doing during camp, please fill out the Progress Report form. One of our trainers will reach out to set up a time for a phone consultation to go over details of how your dog is doing with us, make suggestions on changes to make at home, and ensure we’re supporting your dog in the best way possible while they’re at camp with us! This service is no extra charge for our day camp members.

JOIN THE

PACK!

If your dog has never attended Day Camp with us before, please fill out the forms and one of our trainers will call you to schedule your dog’s first day with us.

We limit new pack member evaluations to one or two new dogs per week which means we commonly book up in advance. If you do not hear from us soon after filling out the intake form, you are still on our list and we will call each person in the order we received their form.

If your dog has a history of human or dog reactivity, please fill out the form for Day Train, not Day Camp.

Proof of current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines along with a negative fecal screening is required.

WHAT’S

REQUIRED

TO ATTEND?

Dogs must have completed an individual training session with either the head trainer or an assistant trainer before attending day camp.

All dogs must be up to date on their Rabies, Distemper, and Bordetella vaccines. They must have a negative fecal test within the last year. All dogs over the age of seven months must be spayed or neutered. Proof of vaccination is required and must be uploaded to our Paw Partner platform before attending.

WHAT ARE THE

HOURS & PRICE?

Day Camp is offered Monday-Friday from 8am-6pm.

Day Camp is $40/dog per day. Your dog’s first day will be spent working with one of our trainers, figuring out how much guidance they need from us, and introducing them to the pack. The first day will be $75 total.

EVALUATION PROCESS

Throughout your dog’s first day with us, our trainers will be working with your dog, introducing them to the pack, and evaluating what they need from us in terms of direction and support.

When you pick your dog up, one of our trainers will meet with you to go over how they did. All new evaluations will be placed in the red category in order to set them up for success and ensure they’re given the extra direction from the trainers during their first month with us. We post day camp graduates every month on our social media pages for dogs that we believe no longer need as much support. Since every dog needs varying amounts of help, we have three different classifications. The goal is to see enough progress over time that every single dog eventually is classified as “Green.”

GREEN

Dogs classified as “Green” need little to no extra help from us and already have great socialization skills and healthy coping mechanisms. With these dogs we will simply focus on reinforcing these behaviors during our time with them in the future.

YELLOW

Dogs classified as “Yellow” need a moderate amount of assistance from us. These are dogs that have some basic socialization skills or coping mechanisms but need our trainer’s help refining those skills in certain areas or teaching some new ones.

“Yellow” dogs will have an additional charge of $7 per Day Camp Day.

RED

Dogs classified as “Red” need individualized attention from our trainers and need to be with only balanced pack members. These dogs are some of our favorites to work with because we tend to see the biggest transformations in them. With our “Red” dogs we start building the foundation of healthy socialization skills and healthy coping mechanisms from day one.

“Red” dogs will have an additional charge of $12 per Day Camp Day.
